Lisa and I have been married 12 years and we have been blessed with 2 beautiful boys of our own. We always dreamed of having a little girl but after having physical complications with our last pregnancy we had almost given up on having more children.

We had thought off an on about adoption but didn’t know really where to start until a good friend referred us to Terri to discuss international adoption. We had so many questions but always found Terri and her team to be patient and understanding which is exactly what we needed to help us make a decision to move forward. We liked the feeling of a “smaller agency” where our questions and concerns were always welcome and that our adoption was as important to them as it was to us.

Once we committed to the process our adoption went very quickly! We applied in March and were lucky enough to receive a referral in September for a beautiful and healthy 20 month old girl in Moscow! Things happened so fast and in no time at all we were traveling across the ocean to meet her, go to court and bring her home the week before Thanksgiving!

After spending the better part of 9 months relying on Terri for help we can’t help but feel like Grace International is now part of our extended family! Our little Sarah will always hear about “Aunt Terri” who helped bring her into our lives!
