Our Team

Our Founder and Executive Director is Theresa Barbier. Theresa was adopted at six months of age, and is the mother of two internationally adopted children. She has always embraced adoption do to her personal experiences, and now feels it is a blessing and an honor to help unite children with loving parents.

Our Administrator is Mary Marrs, MSW, LCSW. Mary brings to our agency over 10 years of experience in the wonderful world of international adoption. Mary has completed hundreds of home studies for families adopting from different countries. Mary’s high standards and integrity have made her an important part of our agency and a valuable part of our entire adoption community.

Our Coordinator is Tatiana Yurovich. Tanya brings over 12 years experience in all aspects of international adoption. She has assisted families from the first step of the adoption process to the last. Helping to place hundreds of children over the years, Tanya’s experience, work ethic, and intelligence are unparalleled.

Our Social Worker is Monika Carter, MSW, LCSW. Monika brings 10 years of experience in the field of social work. She joined our team last year, and conducts the home studies for our Louisiana families. Monika’s attention to detail and thoroughness help make the home study process less stressful.

Our Family Coordinator is Jennifer Massett. Jennifer completed the international adoption of her son, Garrett, in 2007 with Grace International Adoption Agency. The passion and enthusiasm she derived from her own personal experience has led her to assist in uniting families together through adoption. Jennifer’s firsthand knowledge of the adoption process and communication skills offer heartfelt support to our families and make her a great addition to our team.
