The Graham/Delaware Family
I have had what I can only describe as a long and somewhat bumpy road along the way. Most of my long and bumpy road revolved around USCIS clearance. Without going into major detail, if it were not for Terri and her team, I would not have been able to get through such a stressful and impending feeling of doom with the Hague deadline looming in my midst. The immigration officer took so long with my immigration clearance that I barely made the deadline before The Hague treaty was implemented. But, with the good Lord on my side, along with much effort from Terri Barbier and Hector, the Guatemala rep for Grace International Adoption Agency, I was able to make the deadline and adopt my two beautiful babies.
I can attest that Grace International has by far the best Guatemalan program there is. I have met many other families during my visits to the country of Guatemala, and belong to several on line Internet groups for foreign adoptions. I have heard first hand difficulties with other programs, delays, misinformation, etc..
I spoke with many agencies before making my choice, and I knew after speaking with Terri that God had placed my future and the children that were to become my future family, in her hands... "Grace International is A NUMBER ONE in my book." -And you can quote me on that!!
