We started our adoption process in December of 2006, got our referral in February 2007 and had our son home by December 2007. It didn't take long to know that we would use Grace International as our adoption agency. As soon as I spoke with Terri for the first time I knew this is who we would want to work with. Terri made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Sometimes we'd talk for hours at a time. I had good and bad days. Not that anything was even wrong. Just adoption in itself, waiting for your baby can make you feel emotional. Terri was always there for me on my good and bad days. Every day of waiting was worth every moment I have with my son now. Although I didn't carry my son full term as with a pregnancy, I felt the labor pains just as if I were. He was worth every moment of paperwork, tears, waiting and then that moment of seeing him for the first time. There are no words to describe the adoption process other than "INCREDIBLE". It is something I'd do all over again and hopefully one day we will. I'd never use any other agency than Grace International. I have met many ladies that have used many different agencies and just from comparing and sharing our stories I know that Grace is absolutely the best choice we could have made. Terri and her staff are more than business people trying to do their job. They love these children and they make you feel like you're the only person going through the process when in fact that's not even close to being the truth. But the way they made my family feel throughout our adoption process was more than words can describe. We're looking forward to adopting again, and hopefully in the near future.
